Stranded

We showed up no one answered our phone calles, emails or text messages. Couldnt rebook for the same day. It was jist an overnight trip sp we had to fond a different place to staybefore dark. Was on the phone for over an hour woth VRBRO, they tried to contact the owner as well saying it shouldn't be listed. I have notice it is still on the listing. Be careful have a back up plan.

Left high & dry with no warning

I had this rental booked for a month. I didn't hear from the property host about check in details, so I sent them a message the morning of our trip. I received a message a couple hours later that they were sorry they overlooked our reservation and the unit was no longer available, so they cancelled it. We were already on our way driving up to our vacation when we were told we no longer had a place to stay. Totally unacceptable.
