No solo es un buen hotel, cómodo, limpio y céntrico, sino que además, tanto el personal del hotel, como de la cafetería y restaurante, son excelentes profesionales que te hacen sentir en casa cada vez que estás allí. Y su oferta gastronómica es excelente con platos de nueva tendencia pero sin olvidar la cocina tradicional Lucense. Volveré.

La cama es realmente confortable. La ubicación para dar un paseo por el centro es ideal. El patio interior es muy agradable y espacioso, además, se come bien.

Very quaint place in a lovely place. I loved this hotel. The food was excellent, the rooms tidy and the are was great. The staff were very friendly.

EDIFICIO BONITO PERO CON MALOS OLORES.

El edificio es bonito y la recepcionoista, amable. La habitación olía mal, muy mal... a cañerías y el baño aún peor. Desde muy temprano ruido de desagües y de grifos, lo que dificulta el desacanso. Detalles que no son propios de un cuatro estrellas: el rollo de papel higiénico está puesto encima de la cisterna, sin portarrollos, no hau toalla de bidé, en su lugar estaba la alfombrilla, toallas gastadas, no había botecitos de gel/champú, en su lugar un dispensador grande en la ducha. Creo que le sobra alguna estrella.

Hotellet i sig var OK, men restaurangen var riktigt dålig. Bra omgivningar, hyfsat nära med bil-parkering. Vänligt bemötande. Kommer inte att åka tillbaka till det hotellet.
