"The direction to the parking lot address would not come up on our GPS system! Only thing that saved us was the owner sending us a photo of the gate! The patio was not fit to even go on Dirty clothes ( not ours) in the washing machine! The couch not what was shown I the pictures- terrible- the whole unit was not cleaned very well- hair in Bathroom on bed! Over all experience and what we paid for this accommodation was terrible! "This was the second time we came to this hotel, we went last year as well and again, had a great time! I noticed some differences in friendliness from the staff, they were even more friendly and helpful compared to last year and also the restaurants felt less crowded and hectic which made the experience even better. Rooms and all public areas are very clean, the food is good and the control of the reserved sunbeds continues to be a plus, a special thank you to Miguel who was the control and always made sure there were beds available for everyone."
