"This was our favourite stay during our trip to Vietnam. Huge, beautiful rooms. A very relaxing stay. Staff are absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful in retrieving my lost bag and supportive and flexible when our travel plans had changed due to bad storms and the typhoon. Spa is sensational. "We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area.
