The beach villa consists of a main building with several apartments and adjoining terraced houses. Direct access to the car-free beach promenade and the wide, fine sandy beach.
"Strandvilla (LUB110)", 3-room maisonette 75 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and modern furnishings: living room with cable TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Heating. Balcony, terrace partly roofed, small garden.
