The Cow Palace! Beautiful 3/2 townhouse with a western flair!

  • Enjoy a relaxing stay in this cozy townhouse in a quiet and safe established neighborhood .Lots of restaurants and shopping near by and only 10 minutes to Texas Tech and the medical district. This home also features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as a large living and dining area. The bedrooms have 1 King,1 Queen and 1 full bed. The sofa also pulls out to make a Queen size bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and the laundry room has a washer and dryer for guest use also.
    Wireless Internet is provided and smart tv's allow for unlimited streaming options.
    There is a covered patio for relaxing on cool fall evenings.

    This property is ready for a family trip or a fun couples get away!
