Only one block from Tech Terrace park, which offers a great walking track. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need, as is the laundry room. Nice home for TT Visit

Great stay! The home was nice and cozy, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful accommodations, including snacks. Located in a good neighborhood, it was the perfect distance from the university. Would definitely stay again!

Charming house in the middle of everything

The house was just as described, and we all loved it. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with coffee and a few snacks. We would highly recommend this place.

Perfect Cozy Cottage!

We needed a place to stay while visiting for a TTU Tour. This house was close to the University and near many eateries too. The house was clean, adorably decorated, and in a great neighborhood! Check-in was a breeze! We would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Super Cute and Affordable

This place is very cute. Comfortable size for 2-4 people. Works well for parents needing to come stay while seeing kids at Texas Tech. We enjoyed the stay, spot was very convenient to everything needed and the price was wonderful! Much nicer stay than a hotel for sure. Thank you for the hospitality!

Perfect Tech Parent Retreat

Just the right size for parents (and siblings) visiting son in college. The home is nearly right across the street from campus - could walk if you wanted to - and right around the corner from a fabulous coffee shop (J&B coffee). The home was perfectly clean, check-in was super easy, and it was a quiet retreat in a wonderful neighborhood when we needed rest. Would definitely stay again!

Comfy Ping Pong House

This was our 2nd time to stay in this little house and if we're ever in Lubock again, I hope it will be available. The neighborhood is very nice, the house is comfortable, and we enjoy the ping pong table in the back yard.

The cutest house!

We stayed in this precious house over the weekend and it was perfect! Our friend graduated with her nursing degree and we were so close to campus, we couldn’t have been happier with the location. If we come back to LBK with a small crew, we will absolutely stay here again, thanks so much❤️
