This lovely home is locally owned and located on the west side of town in a quiet family neighborhood.
This home featured 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a spacious and well-appointed kitchen. You’ll be sure to leave with happy memories no matter what brings you to LBK--TTU game weekends, business, or family getaways. This comfortable home is located close to golf and all of Lubbock's best restaurants, shopping, and less than 10 minutes from TTU, LCU, and the medical district.
Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable and fresh linens. One room has a king bed, one has a queen bed, and one has a full-size bed. Luggage racks and USB connections are there for your convenience. The kitchen is large enough for hosting your family and enjoying either home-cooked meals or any of the wonderful take-out locations nearby. The backyard is large and has plenty of room for the kids to run around.
A work station is located in the master bedroom. You will experience fast WiFi internet making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows.
The property is professionally cleaned, making it safe and fresh.

This house was so pretty, clean, and comfortable, definitely would recommend 10/10! The backyard is sticker free, was able to run around outside barefooted!! We had a great time!

We really enjoyed staying here while visiting our college student. This place was very clean and nice with lots of extra touches that most people don’t think about. Everything we needed to accommodate our stay. We will definitely be back!

Just in time for Graduation
We came into this property driving around a total of 11hrs for my brother's graduation, and this place was a warm welcome from the drive. Great communication from the property owner, and nice amenities. Not that far from the University and from food and gas. Would definitely book again!
