- Die in 2021 neu erstellte Wohnung hat einen sehr hohen Einrichtungsstandard, jeder Raum verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und bietet auf 76 bis 107 qm (wenn man den Sitzplatz draußen mitrechnet) in 3 Zimmern Platz für bis zu 7 Personen. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Smart-Fernseher, WLAN und große, 2m lange Betten. Nur das Waschbecken ist zu hoch für eine Person im Rollstuhl, der Rest ist inklusiv Dusche mit Rollstuhl gut befahrbar.
Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, es ist über einen Wasserkocher, Espressomaschine, Radio, Wasch-Trockner und Geschirrspülmaschine alles vorhanden.
Vorhanden ist auch ein Bügelbrett Classic Bügelfläche 120x38 cm und ein Bügeleisen.
Das Badezimmer ist großzügig geschnitten, besitzt einen schönen Waschtisch, ein Bidet und eine begehbare große Dusche, ein Haartrockner ist auch vorhanden.
Der große Hof bietet Parkmöglichkeiten auch für große Fahrzeuge und ist komplett eingezäunt.
Sie wohnen am Rand Lübbecke zwischen Wohn- und Industriegebiet in ruhiger Lage mit separatem Ein- und Ausgang.
Auch Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren sind bei gutem Wetter in der Umgebung möglich. Entweder man spaziert am Mittellandkanal entlang, dieser ist nicht weit entfernt. Auch das Wiehengebirge lädt zu Erkundungen ein. Auch das Moor in Nettelstedt, welches etwa 15 Minuten Fahrt entfernt ist, bietet Erholungsmöglichkeiten und Geschichte.
