This hotel offers spacious, clean, no luxury rooms. However, the free parking and having a clean microwave and refrigerator and shower water pressure were awesome. It is in the Tenderloin area which was across the street from a rehab hotel/apartment. We didn’t feel comfortable going out walking at night due to the neighborhood. There was a security guard on duty which helped our sense of safety. The WiFi connection was horrible, not advisable if you’re expecting to have a stable connection.

The location was nice to be able to walk to Fishermans Wharf and the Pier each day. The lobby and co-use areas are very nice. Breakfast was great and efficient. Some shady characters outside every now and then. The room was disappointing. Had a musty smell, smaller than expected. Paid for a superior room but no view or anything special about it.

Parking garage is small overhead. Our truck did not fit and we were rold ee needed to come move it. Staff didnt have any good recommendatiins. The paid lot they tell you to go to is not secure and has a recird of break ins. Had to find our own place. Ended up paying to park at a hotel a half mile down street. This needs to be fixed. Probobly wont come again until so.
