This place is perfect for a quick getaway trip for individuals who come to the island for business, or for a couple’s retreat.



The interior of the sitting room has been designed specifically with high table top and high chairs in order for you to take part of the spectacular view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances (oven, induction plates, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher machine as well as a washing machine and other...).



The bathroom is an Italian style shower that comes with a tactile mirror to make your experience effortless. The studio features a super comfortable queen bed with the highest quality mattress to make your stay unforgettable.



This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach which is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Around the winter season, it can also be a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool. About a 5 minutes drive to one of the most photographed beach in the world, Maho beach also known as Kerosene beach; where you will be a part of the spectacular show of all the planes taking off. It's also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.
