    As you enter this beautiful one bedroom condo apartment on the 4th floor, you will directly feel at ease overlooking the stunning white sandy beach of Mullet Bay and its breathtaking turquoise waters. You will also be able to take full advantage of the spectacular and panoramic view of the neighboring islands of St Kitts and Nevis, and Saba right from your balcony.



    Mullet Bay beach is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Around the winter season, it can also be a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool.



    This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes drive to one of the most photographed beach in the world, Maho beach also known as Kerosene beach; where you will be a part of the spectacular show of all the planes taking off. It's also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.

New ,clean condo You should have a few standard things in condos this had nothing not even a dish cloth ,no pepper or salt ,no coffee to start the holiday off no instruction s on how to use espresso machine ,only two towels ,no tv only Netflix no instructions again ,pool has green all around,staff at front desk not friendly

We only stayed for 3 nights but our experience was excellent from booking to checking in, front desk were so friendly and helpful and our room was breathtaking we loved it hopefully stay longer next visit We were happy with everything we can’t wait to come back and stay longer!

Beautiful view from the 4th floor

We loved sitting on the balcony watching all the activity on Mullet Beach, plus the boats and airplanes coming and going. The golf course provided us with a great place for our morning walks (also enjoyed playing a round of golf there) . We didn’t rent a car and had lots of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Especially enjoyed Take A Break by W for our morning coffee! Definitely a memorable stay for us.. Just a minor suggestion, we would have liked an extra set of towels and also an extra dish towel..
