"I had a great stay here while visiting Normandy!"

"Everything was perfect. The three choices of breakfast was also much better than most places I have visited."

"An amazing stay - Vanessa a great host and fantastic cook! We had such a good time"

"Loved this place Very clean and very French The property is 5 mins drive from juno beach and is a fantastic location for all of the other beaches The owner is lovely, does not speak english, so lots of pointing Simple french breakfast Overall gorgeous place"

"The room was prepared well and we had a great breakfast. Since the property is off the road, I would recommend arriving during daylight, but the location is perfect for someone driving."

"A very nice welkom. Lovely room"

"The hotel is absolutely charming and the staff is warm and friendly. We would highly recommend."

"Beautiful historic property, charming host, great breakfast."

"Excellent location "

"A quirky guest house, not really a hotel, in an old building. The room was spacious and comfortable, although somewhat sparsely and quirkily furnished. The bathroom was large, modern and clean. Antoine, the host, was charming and helpful. A short walk into the town centre and cathedral makes this well situated to visit Coutance."

"Très bon séjour ! La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Le personnel a été accueillant, disponible et toujours prêt à aider. L’établissement est particulièrement adapté aux familles, grâce à son ambiance calme et à ses équipements pratiques. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour agréable et reposant."

"A good and affordable room with kitchenette almost at the best beach."

"Great stay and really cool historical building. If arriving late be aware that parking might be tough and you might need to park in a nearby garage."

"Beautiful property in a wonderful scenic setting, with a path from the door down to the bay below. Good views (when the sea mist lifted) of the sea, all the way to Le Havre. Would have been a lovely quiet setting, surrounded by pastures and trees, although we couldn't use our sun balcony for a couple of hours due to a group of 20 to 30 people (guests of the proprietor?) having a very noisy outside buffet party directly underneath us"

"Clean rooms, helpful staff. Will stay again!"

"Of all the places we stayed on our three-week trip, Le Doux Refuge was by far our favourite. Christine and Christoph made us feel at home from the very start, and they treated my father like he was the most important person in the world. That means a lot to me, It’s hard to know where to start when explaining why we loved it here. Firstly, the location: quiet, safe, local and with easy access to every possible location in Normandy. Secondly, the accommodation: beautifully decorated,...

"We had a wonderful stay at this B&B. It was a charming and quiet location in the Normandy region. We were able to travel to the various historical attractions in the area easily without having to stay in the heart of a city. Our room was very spacious, including the bathroom, and clean. The hosts at the B&B were very kind and considerate. And, the best part was the delicious and fresh breakfast every morning. "

"Nice place conveniently located in Normandy. "

"Jättetrevlig upplevelse. En stor gård ute på landsbygden. Lite svårt att hitta dit. Super trevlig värd. Vi kommunicerade via Google eftersom han inte kunde Engelska, men det gick jättebra. Åt en härlig fransk middag på gården. Enda negativa var lite hårda kuddar annars bra för någon natt. Lite annorlunda. Mycket värt att åka dit."
