"Having booked this last minute we were supposed to have a queen bed. Having recent surgery I am using a walker. The clerk put us into a handicapped room which made my life a lot easier. Thank you to him for that"

"The rooms were small, especially the bathroom. We had a half of a sink. The bed wasn’t comfortable. Nets biting all night. I use a gift card to pay, the room could have been a little better. People were knocking on our door waking us up."
