"We were super impressed with the staff at the hotel. Friendly, hospitable and attentive, probably the best customer service we received in all the hotels we stayed in Croatia during our 2 week visit. Although the hotel was on a busy road, we didn't really notice. Pool was quiet and clean when we were there, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place. "

"Weather was beautiful but very hot there was a heatwave when we were there , first time visiting Zadar and was not disappointed, hotel was just fabulous and the staff went above and beyond with any request , sun beds around the pool was so comfortable and the swimming pools just fantastic , had dinner in the Fenix restaurant and the food was amazing and would highly recommend, we will definitely be back to the Hyatt zadar and can’t wait "
