"The place looked new. Nice rooms. There was a nice breakfast with a good choice of quality offerings. They have a pancake machine that spits out 2 small fresh disks at the push of a button. The breakfast seating area is more like a restaurant or lounge. There was an outdoor pool and an exercise room which I didn't use. Behind the hotel was a tiki bar that we didn't visit, but a few doors down was the Monkey Bar serving steak and seafood. Both Saturday and Sunday night they had live music in their large covered patio with full bar and seating. A great place to catch a bite or some drinks without ever getting in your car."

"We had a very comfortable stay at La Quinta in Bonita. The staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was just the way we like it - firm with perfect pillows. We would definitely stay again."

"Wish we didn't have to pay for "front row seating" by the pool or in front of the ocean. The resort fee should cover all of that. The cabanas make sense to pay for, so they arn't always taken, and to keep them nice. There were no ice filling stations. (The ice in our freezer smelled like fish) I love how they are both kid friendly and luxury(adults only) at the same time. Advertised 30% off of spa treatments, but wouldn't let my daughter (10 years get a massage with me, and then when we asked to schedule pedicures instead, they didn't have staff for pedicures for either of us... The food was decent, but there were more fancy options. I would like more options for kids, or even picky eaters in general. Overall was a wonderful stay. I will add the ENTIRE staff was some of the most kind, considerate, welcoming, informative, and friendly staff members out of any hotel I have ever stayed! Bravo for hiring wonderful people!"

"This place had everything you could need! It’s within walking distance of 5th Avenue, and the hotel also offers a convenient shuttle to nearby restaurants and the beach. There’s plenty to do right at the hotel as well. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better!"

"Our room was clean, though a little musty smelling, and there was a huge puddle of water, in our room below the window (water leak, from rain?). beds were CLEAN, and sheets were clean. Stay was quiet, and for a VERY FAIR price, the breakfast WAS decent. For the money, it is HARD to beat. Thank you!"
