Now fully air conditioned!
This private Kezar Lake cottage with guesthouse has become the repeat summer destination for generations of families.
Sleeps 8, Occupancy Max 5 adults or 4 adults and up to 4 kids.
Enjoy the beautiful mountain view to the north, sunrises, warm morning sun, cooler afternoons, beautiful afternoon light and just the right location to catch a rainbow.
The wrap around porch has a beautiful view of the lake and a secluded feel. The dock and gradual sandy beach are just outside the porch door. In addition, there is a large grassy yard for frisbee or other outside games. We welcome one dog.
A special feature of this property is the guesthouse with bathroom, laundry, WIFI and smart tv. Great for teens, grandparents or visiting friends.
Tenants frequently comment that this cottage is the cleanest and best equipped they’ve ever rented. This is a very well cared for rental property that has been owned and managed by our family for over 60 years.
Kezar lake in Lovell Maine is just 35 minutes away from North Conway NH and the many Mt Washington Valley attractions.
