Lovely Loveland Family Retreat

  • This 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom is a brand new multi-level family home in Loveland, CO. With the finished basement you have two bedrooms, a game room equipped with board and cards games. Entertain everybody with Mr. and Mrs. Packman, bumper pool, ping pong, poker AND air hockey! Or relax on the large adjustable couch in the TV entertainment room. A private fenced in backyard with year round Astroturf and a three-hole putting green. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch with a beautiful glimpse of the mountains! Just minutes away from downtown Loveland and plenty of breweries. Great access to Coyote Ridge, Bobcat Ridge, and Devil's Backbone! 45 minutes from Cheyenne, WY.

    There are two security cameras on the property located on the front North side of the home covering the driveway, as well as one covering the back yard patio seating. Home is equipped with a ring doorbell camera also. Check in is no earlier than 4:00 pm and check out is no later than 11:00 am MST.

Perfect CSU Family Weekend Stay

Such a comfortable home for my kids, my parents, and myself who were all in town to visit my CSU freshman for our first Family Weekend. We got to avoid all the chaos of Fort Collins when we need to, enjoyed a family meal “at home”, and kicked back, played games, & watched the first two games of the World Series all together.

This is by far the best VRBO experience I have had in my life. Owners were super professional, friendly and helpful. The house is beyond spotless, very well appointed with all the stuff you need, comfortable, and spot on for the description as listed. Easy check in and check out too. We loved it.

Fun for the Family

My parents and kids stayed at the property for a week while my husband recovered from hip replacement surgery. The kids LOVED all the games and activities at the home which made their time away from mom and dad much easier. Highly recommend this place!

Great family stay

We had the best stay with our two young children. The beds are comfortable, we loved playing in the basement with the games, the neighborhood is safe and conveniently located for Loveland, Fort Collins, Estes Park, and we even went to Denver and the drive wasn’t bad. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard on the turf. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend this spot and we can’t wait to come back.

Great home

Our group consisted of 6 adults(3 couples) who trailered 3 motorcycles to Loveland to enjoy the beautiful area for a week. The accommodations were exactly as stated on the online listing and perfect for what our group needed. Communication with the host was prompt and very helpful. The price point was very fair. This home was a dream

We couldn't have been more thrilled with this home. It's in an excellent location, it was very clean and very well stocked with all our needs. Beds were comfy with extra blankets as the basement was a tad chilly. The back yard and basement games were such a great bonus for our daughter. Everything was easy to use. Any communication we had was great with fast responses. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Group Boating Trip

This house is perfect for all ages. We were able to visit together on the first floor and play together in the lower level. The house is set up perfectly for entertaining. The house is in a quite neighborhood. Even the neighbors were friendly. The house is very close to Horsetooth Reservoir and we enjoyed a day on and in the lake. The house was very clean and the floor plan was perfect for a group of friends. Amanda was very helpful and answered any questions with in minutes. We will definitely be back!!

Colorado Getaway

Our family adventure was amazing. We had a rough start as we had trouble accessing the home the day we arrived. But the owner of the property and Vrbo handled the situation very well with us, the customer, at the top of mind. Denver was only an hour away. The home was so beautiful, welcoming and comfortable! We would definitely return. The local areas had much to entertain our group of 7 and the food was great! We highly recommend Vrbo, this property, and our adventures Meow Wolf, the butterfly pavilion and the Denver aquarium. We fell in love with the prairie dogs out in the open.

Grandparents with adult kids and grandchildren

We all attended a family wedding in Loveland. The vbro was lovely. Everything was clean and in working order. Grandma and Grandpa stayed on the first floor. the toddler and preschool kids stayed in the lower level with their Mom and Dad. Kitchen was well equipt. Back yard was fenced in so the kids could go outside. We did not spend a lot of time at the vbro as our Colorado family had many activities planned. We will stay here again in the future. Thank you.
