Guests rave about this adorable spot's design, amenities, thoughtful little details and responsive host. Walking distance to oldtown Loveland where you'll find lots of things to eat, see, and do. This amazing getaway includes a queen bed with down comforter and pillows, fireplace, large smart TV and sound bar, well-equipped kitchen, zero entry rain shower, heated floors (bathroom), washer/dryer, and a cozy outdoor patio area with hot tub, BBQ, café table for 2, cozy sectional, and a firepit. And of course, don't forget the hot tub!

We love to host! As lovers of hosting we'll provide as much (or little) info and interaction as you would like. Rob and I love the area and are happy to provide ideas on things to do, eat, see, drink. But some people are keep-to-themselfers and we respect that. We'll take your lead :)
