"We were told that check in was until 8pm, no exceptions. So we organized our entire day to ensure we were there by 8pm. "Impossible to have total darkness at night, which was frustrating, but the biggest problem was not being able to leave the room because the lock jammed. It took the owner almost 15 minutes, using a selection of keys, before we could literally escape.
