Brand new, luxurious and minimal house, part of a small, private residences complex, surrounded by a nice garden. Ideally located in Loutraki city center, within 5 minutes walk from the beach in a very quiet street. Super market is 100m distance and nearby there are all kinds of shops and restaurants. The house offers modern furniture and is fully equipped, including high speed free Wi Fi. It sleeps up to 4 + persons (1 double bed, 1 double sofa bed and 1 single bed on a small loft.)
