*LARGE KITCHEN, featuring a traditional Galician kitchen with a wood-burning oven that creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere (firewood is provided with the rental).

🛏️ ANOTHER double bedroom, with 1.05 cm beds.

🌿The house has TWO POSSIBLE ENTRANCES to the GARDEN: one shared with the attached apartment, or by exiting through the front door and entering via the garage entrance area.🌿

🏡The garden has several areas:

Upstairs:
🍀A PERGOLA area with a seating area, sink, and BARBECUE, and under the grapevine, a table that seats 8 people—even more if there are children.
Downstairs:
🍀 A SPRING, on the property, fed by an old wash trough,
(where my mother and grandmother used to do the laundry), YOU CAN ENJOY a round table that seats 4 to 6 people, where many guests take the opportunity to work remotely💻, thanks to the soothing sound of the water and the WONDERFUL, relaxing VIEWS of the MOUNTAINS⛰️, and of course, to have LUNCH and DINNER.

Lower part of the garden:
🍀The relaxing JACUZZI and the 3.5-meter-diameter pool, for a DIP 🌊for kids and adults alike, with a view of the entire splendour of the surroundings.
You can also sunbathe 🌞 there in the HAMMOCKS available for guests.

From the garden 🏡 at NIGHT,🌜 you can ENJOY a beautiful starry sky✨, whether with a ROMANTIC DINNER 💕, with the family, or even from the HOT TUB 🔥, (which you can enjoy during the day🌞 or at night,🌜 always with one day’s notice).
The spa pool has a control panel to activate the jets and the lights that automatically change colours🌈.

On the right side:
There is another pergola with a swing, sofas, and a table for 6 to 8 guests, and once again, the sounds of nature—🏞️ the singing 🎶 of the birds and the sound of the wind rustling through the trees.

🌿THE ENTIRE PERIMETER OF THE GARDEN IS COMPLETELY ENCLOSED.🌿

🌱On the second stretch, the shade of the river and its beautiful hidden spots until you reach the reservoir with the suspension bridge—a sight worth seeing.
🧗Abseiling and climbing down our rivers and waterfalls with qualified local companies.
⛵A cruise through the estuary on the Vieta sailboat.

🌿A 5-minute drive away is the highway connecting to SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA in 20 minutes.
🌿A 5-minute drive away are the Toxosoutos waterfalls and their chapel.
🌿A 7-minute drive away is the Barbanza golf course ⛳.
🌿8 minutes away: the BEACHES 🏖️ on the northern shore of the Noia-Muros estuary, the northernmost of the Rías Baixas.

🌿15 minutes south connects to the BARBANZA HIGHWAY, which takes you to the BEACHES🏖️ on the northern shore of the AROUSA ESTUARY.
🌿30 minutes away is the “Pedra da Rá” viewpoint, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the rías.
🌿35 km away is the island of Cortegada.
🌿Just 50 minutes away, the Ezaro Waterfalls are the only ones in Europe—and the third in the world—that flow directly into the sea, with a viewpoint from which you can admire the splendour of the Atlantic Ocean, weather permitting.
