Cozy studio for up to 2 people in Quinta do Lago, inserted in a condominium in a privileged area of the Algarve, with access to the pool, tennis court (additional cost), golf course (additional cost), bars, restaurants and 700m from Quinta do Lake Country Club.
The apartment is tastefully decorated and fully equipped, with a garden, air conditioning, washing machine and a terrace where you can relax while enjoying the great sun exposure of the region.
All linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.
The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm.
Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.
We also offer a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).

Property had previously suffered some flooding which meant there was a strong, damp smell and bathroom door did not close properly.
There was a lack of guidance for new arrivals; e.g. we had to figure out for ourselves the access code for the swimming pool area, how to get into car park.
Whilst there were barely adequate cooking pans/utensils and crockery, other basics were missing (such as dish cloth for washing up and bedding for sofa bed).
Communication from owner was perfunctory.
