"During our stay, we experienced several inconveniences that I believe should be brought to your attention. We were a family of four, yet the bathroom only had three medium-sized towels available. Additionally, the television remote control either did not have batteries or was not functioning properly. The air conditioning unit had an outdated thermostat with buttons that made it difficult to comfortably adjust the temperature, the coffee maker was dirty. At the time of check-out, I attempted to inform the front desk about these issues. Unfortunately, the staff member showed little interest in addressing the concerns and simply responded, “Sorry, you are all set,” without offering any assistance or further acknowledgment. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve the experience for future guests. "

"What a fun hotel to stay out great location great breakfast options"

"We were super excited for this trip at this hotel, mainly for the pool for my toddler. The pool was filthy and had bugs and hair floating in it. The room they gave us was the only one with a brick wall outside that looked like a party rooftop area and pretty sketchy, but luckily no one wandered up there to look in our windows while we were there. The breakfast was fine, but the floors in the pool area and bathrooms had noticable grime and the floors hadn't been scrubbed in a while. Such a bummer we were really looking forward to a fun stay with a pool day only if the area was a little cleaner. Luckily our toddler enjoyed it! "

"Easy check in with competent and friendly staff member. The room was “clean”.. clean floors, beds, toilet and shower, hot water immediately. Breakfast was good! 3 flavors of waffles and lots of bacon! Plus the usual.The beds were ok. Has had a lot of “patchwork “ done and needs a LOT MORE. Screen on the window torn and flapping in the breeze. Bathroom door has been patched around the handle like someone had broken into it. Needs new sheets and a hole in the bedspread. Fan ran somewhere all night. Door to gym and pool were propped open.Extremely humid , warm and chlorine smelling in the pool which would have been perfect if we could have stood the conditions of the room. Some sketchy ppl outside but nice ppl at the breakfast."

"We went late and left early. The price was perfect. But them pillows, if your not careful, they will make you sleep so good, you'd forget it's a hotel. You could miss check out hour and not even flinch. It was a great stay. Highly recommend it. "

"No was horrible we left a day early drug addicts every thier where condoms laying on Ground a live rat running thre2 our bathroom into our room police knocking on door for hours for some drunk guy only had one towl to shower for 2 people no tv was set up it was the worese stay ever in my opinion the hotel should be shut down ."

"Our air conditioner/ heater was broken in the room and we were told we wouldn’t be able to move or change rooms. The kids were hot & miserable, we went to the pool where the pool water was gross and the hot tub had a ball of hair floating in it. Was not an enjoyable experience, the pull out couch also had pee stains on the bed and the sheets we had to ask for new sheets upon pulling it out."
