There were multiple fire alarms that went off and water pressure was extremely weak. I could hear everything from my next room and housekeeping was not kept as requested.

Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport Expo Ctr by IHG
The room was not ready when we arrived at 1:00 AM. The next day, we asked for shower gel because it hadn't been refilled, and it took them an hour to bring it to us. I did not use the bar or the restaurant, so I have no opinion on them; however, the staff members were very attentive.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson! The staff were amazing! Very nice place for a very reasonable price! Would definitely stay there again!
