About this property
Centrally located retreat in Louisville! New hottub! Driveway and garage parking
- Spacious home in Louisville close to shopping and dining. You can be to any of Louisvilles attractions with a short drive! This home offers 5 bedrooms with 7 beds and 3 full baths. Our dining room table fits 10 comfortably. We have a designated office space if work calls. The family room is huge with plenty of seating and the lower level walk out provides a second family room that has a gaming console and foosball table! We offer a washer and dryer, free to use. The home has a brand new hot tub that fits 6 with a fire pit and outdoor seating. The back yard is fenced in! We have cornhole boards with bags in the garage. The home has been recently renovated and painted with new decor! Shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, angel soft toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent is provided! We would love to host your trip to our beautiful city in our peaceful neighborhood!
