"Room is clean, staff is fine, breakfast cost too expensive and not much food options bars is nice. Only problem my room is door locked is not communicating with key card during time I stayed there. Room I324 They can't fixed it. I have to stay my friend room during I stay there while I have to pay full 2 night there. I complained front desk but looked like front desk gentleman won't do anything about it."

"We chose this downtown location because it was close to the YUM Center, where our daughter's graduation was being held (walking distance). Hotel parking was very expensive; suggest the parking garage on 3rd Street behind the hotel instead, much cheaper. The room was nice and the breakfast was fine. Appreciated the 24 hour availability of coffee. The check in staff was very nice. The problem with this hotel is what seems to be a lack of security; there are many homeless people in the area around the hotel, and sometimes they seemed to be able to get inside the hotel and up to the 3rd floor to eat the free breakfast. Even though a key card was needed to use the elevator, they would just walk on with other people using their cards. We won't stay here again because even though we like the hotel, we just didn't feel that safe there."

"The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were amazing. I would have liked for the garbage to be emptied each day of our stay rather than once during our stay."
