This property is excellent! It is well maintained, and stocked well for a seamless stay. The home has beautiful porches and backyard, with a nice hot tub out back. The owner is fast with communication. We hope to be back!

Everything about this house was perfect for our group of 8 adults, from the accommodations to the location. Van was very responsive to every question and need we had and was the perfect host. If we ever need to stay in the area again, I would seek out this house first.

at first I felt that it was too expensive because I’m 72 years old on a fixed income, but it was simply lovely. It was worth what I paid. I had no complaints and I hope that I can come back soon. I loved it. My husband loved it my kids loved it. It was really nice really clean and the kitchen was perfect. Thank you for opening up your home to us.

The house was fantastic. One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. The owner thought of almost every single thing we could want and had it already. So it was almost like staying at home. Fantastic location also.

Amazing property. So peaceful and beautiful yet close to everything. We loved the outdoor spaces as much as the indoor. Responsive host. Top end furnishings & appliances. Everything we needed was there. Super smooth check-in and out. Will definitely come back when in the area. We stayed with six adults (no couples) and there was plenty of room.

Great friens' reunion

Beautiful property with fantastic covered porch, perfect for a four-couple gathering/socializing. Also a great away-from-the-city location with ready access to the beltway and the Bourbon Trail. And the property manager was on-the-spot when we called.

Wonderful place to stay

We were more than pleased with this property. The property is two blocks from gas, food, church, etc. Freeways are easy to access from property and grocery stores, etc.. Very quiet property. The house was immaculate and up to date and everything worked. Nice place for 8 adults to stay. Thank you Van for helping make our family vacation a success.

This property is serene as advertised, but so accessible to Louisville to enjoy all this delightful city has to offer. Our favorite activity was sitting on the comfortable back porch admiring the great outdoors and the fireflies which lit up the backyard trees after dark. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and easily accommodated our three couples and a single guest. The grill was pristine which was much appreciated by our chefs. We enjoyed an evening around the firepit as well. I tried the hot tub which was a little too toasty to my liking but, of course, it was a very warm day. Our guests were hoping to find a drip coffee maker which would be a nice addition for the coffee drinkers (my tea was great, and I loved the electric water kettle). Van was very accessible and responded quickly when we reported a water outage (water hydrant issue across the road which was resolved quickly within a couple hours), and he offered to bring us bottled water if needed. We loved our stay and hope to return.

Exceptional stay with the best Host

This home is absolutely Amazing and the Host are even more amazing !!! This is our second time staying here. Van is the most outgoing and comforting Host by far. The home is gorgeous, spacious, great community and well stocked with everything. If there was a way to give more than five stars by far is more than deserving ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful house

This house has everything! Well-equipped kitchen, four comfortable bedrooms, enough bathrooms so that we each had our own, TV’s everywhere, a beautiful covered porch, foosball, and gorgeous furnishings. There were three of us in our 70’s and we couldn’t have found a nicer place. Although it was about a 20 minute drive into the city, it was quiet and peaceful. quiet and about a 20 minute drive into the city

Loved the place. The dinning room table was big enough for everyone. The decorating was beautiful, the mattresses were very nice. We went to Buffalo Trace which was less then an hour away. Downtown Louisville was only 25 minutes. Very secluded and spacious lot.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Five of us were in town for an exclusive bourbon tasting and the Derby, and it was the perfect home base.The setting truly lives up to its name—private, peaceful, and spacious. Having three acres to ourselves made it easy to relax after long days out, while still being conveniently close to everything we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and great for hanging out and sharing pours.Van was an outstanding host—very responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.
