We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel! We brought our dog and it was very pet friendly! The $50 non refundable fee was a little steep. The room was great and comfy. The breakfast was good enough for us and the kids. The staff was so friendly!

Furnishings in the room were overly simple… not cozy at all. Bed was comfort and bedding was soft and light. Breakfast pancake gizmos were great.

This hotel is clearly new and renovated, everything was spotless and easy to check in and out. Only stayed a night as we were driving through states and needed rest but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Too much noise
The biggest issue for me was the fact I could hear people above me and next door. Normally I use the fan for.white noise but this hotel used an eco-friendly version which did not offer the much needed background noise. Sound machine in rooms???

Really friendly front desk staff. Rooms quirky with a cool vibe. Would be a great place for kids. Free pool table, giant Jenga and Connect 4 game in lobby. Cute breakfast area with automated pancake machines so kids can watch them being cooked. Lots of fun toppings for food. Rooms super clean and comfortable. Everything looked like new.

This was my 4th stay at this property. I can’t say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and the property itself is well-appointed, convenient and an amazing value. It is fantastic- service, comfort, amenities and staff tick all the boxes when i am stopping over on my way to and from visiting family.

We always opt to stay at this hotel when traveling to Louisville for appointments. However when we walked into our room this time it smelled like wet dog. The floors felt sticky on our shoes when walked on. Definitely not the best experience from this hotel. We probably won’t be back.

The floor can get sticky at times due to the temperature changing, which I apologize for that happening. Please know we’re here 24/7 to assist, you can call down or stop by the front desk, as we would like all guests to enjoy their stay, as you have in the past. We could’ve moved you or came to the room to see the issues and fix them. We hope you stay with us again! This property was great Very clean You do have about a 20 minute drive into Louisville but is an easy drive I love that they encourage guests to congregate in the lobby areas and outdoor areas and get to know each other Wonderful staff I will definitely be staying here again

Thanks for taking the time to post run away run away due to the water treatment feeling like slime. My apologies for the water softener that is needed in the hotel is different for you. I wish you would’ve asked the front desk, so we could let you know it’s a water softener, there’s nothing wrong with it. When you use soap with a water softer it can be very smooth feeling & feels like it’s not off your skin, but it is. We’re sorry this bothered you, but that is normal when a water softener is involved. Thanks again for the review, maybe now that you know it’s a water softener you can try us again. Take care
