Welcome to The Chestnut, a NuLu area home that includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and sleeps up to four people. Cute and Convenient House

Scott was a great host. House was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and hot water for showers. There is parking in the back with a covered awning that made getting the luggage very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

NCAA Volleyball Final Four

This cute little house was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Loved the location. Easy to get downtown to the Yum Center as well as the other great attractions downtown. Visited Louisville Slugger Museum. Also did 2 different Evan Williams Bourbon Experience. This house is also very close to all the great shops & businesses on East Market Street. All within a 5 minute drive. Our host provided an easy check in process, gave us some great recommendations for food & beverages. Any questions or concerns were answered & resolved very quickly! Definitely would stay here again when in town!

We had a great stay. This property was MUCH larger inside that it appears on the listing and gave us plenty of room to spread out and have our own space, or spend time together in the kitchen and living room. The covered parking was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend staying here and consider visiting again.

The house is adorable and beautifully restored inside but with a little bit of exposed brick for authenticity. Parking is in the alley so you don't have to jockey for street parking. Very nice stay.

Great stay! Wonderful communication pre- and during the trip. The house was roomy and had just about everything we could need. It was walkable to some of the locations we were visiting, and easily driveable to the rest. We loved the car parking in the back and appreciated the clear instructions provided in the book in the kitchen. We did stay in the secondary bedroom to have better access to wall sockets for overnight charging, but both rooms were very comfortable. All around great stay!
