St Matthews Home - 3 bed, 2 bath

  • Welcome to our St Matthews home! Right in the heart of Louisville, our neighborhood is friendly & safe. Central location, walkable to everything you could need - parks, grocery, shopping center, restaurants, gym, hospitals, etc. A 15 minute drive will get you pretty much anywhere in the city be it Nulu, Bardstown Rd, 4th street & all downtown has to offer, Churchill, etc. Pet friendly & plenty of space, you can’t beat it! *There is an additional fee for pets*

    Our home has 3 bedrooms and an additional bonus room that is set up as an office but could make a great travel crib or pet crate room. The space has an open floor plan with 2 living rooms, a dining room & a kitchen.

    The primary bedroom has a king size bed & is secluded from the other bedrooms at the back of the house with its own bathroom & walk in closet.
