The charming 4 BR home is a perfect retreat for families or groups and is convenient to excellent restaurants, trails and I-36. Guests will find plenty of space to relax as the 4 bedrooms include a king, 2 queens and a twin. The twin room makes a great office and features a desk, monitor and keyboard. The recently finished lower-level suite features a wet bar/ coffee station, work-out equipment, smart TV and full bath. The eco-friendly home is nearly net zero and features a well-stocked kitchen with quality cookware, an EV car charger, solar panels and a new induction stove and electric fireplace. We hope you enjoy our lovely haven and community that has repeatedly been ranked one of the top in the U.S.
