You'll love this open concept single level home with 10ft tall ceilings, tons of natural light, chef's kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer. Open and airy with a huge center island to eat or work at. High speed internet tested at over 300 mbps, two 55" Smart TVs. Free on street parking or use the 2 car parking pad in the back.
Centrally located! We are a quick walk to several independent local restaurants , bars, and shopping. Or you could grab a cab/rideshare anywhere in Louisville in under 10 minutes.
Walkable restaurants include the Full Stop Cafe, Awry Brewery, The Fish House, The Barret Bar and Grill. Scooters have also hit the Louisville market so feel free to utilize those as well.
