This home features 5 bedrooms with a NEW HUGE firepit for relaxing after a long day! Minutes to see the Trolls at Bernheim Arboretum, The Parklands, Churchill Downs and the Famous Bourbon Trail!! Very private view from the rear of the home with plenty of room for outside activities! Plenty of room to spread out even with large groups! Firewood provided. Upgraded linens and towels and free WIFI! Large wrap around porch to watch nature while having coffee in the mornings. Outside seating with additional camping chairs for large groups. Lamps with USB charging stations and wireless charging pads. This home sleeps 11 comfortably and is in the middle of three bourbon trails! The house is cozy yet spacious. Unfortunately, we were at a trade show so we did not have a lot of time to take advantage of the pool, bbq, and firepit. However, we all agreed we would be returning.

The owners’ team looked for our lost keys with great detail. They went above and beyond! Tammie (the owner) was extremely empathetic, and she communicated frequently to update us. The host of this property is great. She communicates well and was easily accessible. The property is clean and in a great location if you are looking for things south of Louisville. Great layout for families with kids and in-laws.

Beautiful home with up-to-date appliances. Towels for swimming & bath provided, as well as supply of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soaps, and paper products. The pool was crystal clear and wonderful to enjoy. Tammie added a high chair for us since we had a 1 year old in our group. Tammie responded promptly with answers to our questions before and during our visit. She was helpful with suggestions of places to visit during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Tammie’s home!! We highly recommend it!!

This property is so welcoming as if I was in my own home! The house is close to many different tours or events. The hostess is amazing! What a fabulous stay!

We could not have found a more perfect location and home for our family Christmas trip! This home is wonderful and Tammie was so easy to work with and so responsive to any questions we had. And a very convienent location for our family to meet. Very quiet and so many amenities. We hope to beable to come here again in the future. We had lots of room and the kitchen allowed us to make our usual very large Christmas Eve dinner. I highly recommend this home !!!!!!!!

Perfect getaway!

Our stay was perfect for what we wanted to do! Tammie’s place is great for going into Louisville, Bardstown, and Cave City. Her home was a great space for our family and her large yard allowed everyone to run around after time in the car. It was so nice to come back and just relax. Guys Bourbon Trail

Five friends tasting some bourbon. The house location provided easy access to distilleries in the Louisville, Frankfort and Bardstown areas. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and roomy for 5 guys. Enjoyed the inside fire and a movie after touring. Last night grilled some steaks and had a fire pit. Tammie immediately responded to all questions and was very accommodating when our times changed. Will book again next time we're in the Louisville area.
