- Lovely and welcome building. First floor is businesses of hair salons, tattoo parlors, smoothie shop, and etc! The apartment has Open concept, large island in the kitchen! Balcony facing the the bridge to Louisville Kentucky. 2 large bedroom w 2 large bathrooms connected to the bedrooms! There’s a welcoming clubhouse and rooftop lounge on the 4th floor! Welcome to the Bolt+Tie building and welcome to your stay!
