This is one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is significantly larger than a hotel room and has a full, well stocked kitchen with plenty of coffee. There is a pleasant little balcony, and the building itself is amazing: beautiful pool with hammocks, Cafe with pool table and free beverages, gym, pet spa, and a golf simulator. Better than staying at the Omni.

Great place to stay!

This place was perfect for our stay. It was right downtown within walking distance to so many place. Fourth street live was a block away. The complex itself had many great features that added to our stay. Apartment was clean and perfect!

Perfect spot

Great little condo in the heart of 4th street. Location could not have been better for our visit. Secure building, secure parking, and a chic, clean place to rest our heads after busy days. It had everything we needed and was an easy walk from downtown. Comms with the host were top notch.

Great stay!!

We came to Louisville for a show at Whitney Hall and were very happy with the proximity, property, and communication with the host. Check-in is extensive, but the host gives you very clear instructions and it is only extensive because the building has safety protocols in place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt very secure within the building. We will be staying again in the future!!

Fantastic apartment in the city

Tyler was an excellent host. His check-in instructions were very detailed which made the process so much easier. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to spend some time in Louisville.

Educational Visit

We were visiting Louisville to have my son with Williams Syndrome tested for a couple days. It was the perfect place and convenient to the locations we visited. I would certainly recommend if you like modern upscale accommodations. It was nice to be 10 minutes from the next to Indiana.

Great little gem!

Great experience staying here and Tyler was an exceptional host. Clean, updated space with lots of extras. Location was ideal. Security was superb. Bed was comfy and shower had lots of pressure. Will definitely book again!

Great Place

Great place, great complex! Apt smelled amazing as soon as we walked in and was clean and perfect for out stay. The complex has a pool table, weight room, Golf Simulator, AND A DOG WASHING STATION!!! Parking for the place was challenging, but theres inexpensive creative ways to make it work if youre gone all day. Thanks for the stay!

The Edge accommodation was excellent

Tyler’s place was lovely and he answered our questions immediately. The place was clean and the layout was well designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We liked having a dressing room between the bedroom and the bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and had plenty of condiments you need to cook with as well as coffee, creamer, and sugar for breakfast. We will definitely stay there when we visit Louisville again.

Great spot

I stayed here this weekend and was overly impressed with the place. Once I got in the parking garage, the parking spot was very convenient to the apartment. The owner was very responsive to questions, thank you Tyler. This place is also convenient to downtown attractions, "4th St. Live" and all the dining options you can think of. Had a great 1st time using VRBO and staying in this apartment. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to be close to downtown Louisville.

Weekend girls trip

Although checking in felt a little like “mission impossible” with the number of steps to follow, Tyler’s instructions were clear and easy to follow. The property was exactly as advertised, safe and secure, and perfect for anyone wanting to be close to entertainment venues or wanting to hang out at the complex and enjoy the amenities. Highly recommend! .

Really wonderful stay! Comfortable, beautiful, thoughtful accommodations in a great part of town! Close to everything, very walkable. The complex has a clean, clear pool and hot tub, as well as a fitness center, pool table, golf simulator, and comfortable area to hang out in. The apartment has a balcony, really comfy bed, and awesome kitchen and living area. Everything was very secure and I felt completely safe. The host, Tyler, was super nice and an excellent communicator! Gave clear instructions, shared information about great spots to visit, and responded almost instantly to questions. I really loved this home away from home!

Great communication, clean, uncomfortable furniture

Overall the experience was good. The host was very responsive to communication. The furniture was really, pretty uncomfortable. Also, there was a coffee maker with coffee, but it was for a pot of coffee instead of individual. It was very clean, the washer and dryer were front loaders and there was detergent (even though I brought my own) which was a bonus.

Great location

Close to all that’s happening on 4th Street. Apartment was clean. Appliances were in good working order. The bed was too soft for our liking and the metal frame was noisy! We are not fans of polyester sheets. There were plenty of dishes and pans, but sadly there were no bourbon or old fashioned size glasses. There were 3 wine glasses which we used for our neat bourbons. Nice to have a balcony, but the view was of an alley, side of a building and parking garage. We were notified that the pool was out of order the day before we arrived and offered a full refund.

Beautiful apartment- Check in process difficult

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. It is immaculately clean. My only complaints would be that check in is a long process. I realize it’s probably best case scenario for this property, but it was quite a walk to and from the apartment to get the key fob. The designated parking spot is very small and in a dangerous location if you have a mid or full sized vehicle! Drive a small car if you have one! We brought my boyfriend’s Ford F-150 and other cars were barely able to get through. I was also disappointed that the hot tub was closed. That was one reason I chose this apartment and decided to pay more, then found out on the day of check-in that it was closed.

The apartment was beautiful and I instantly felt at home! I truly did not want to leave when it was time to check out. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed to cook meals, the bathroom was huge and water pressure / hot water in the shower was amazing! It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. The balcony was great, even though it was cold outside when I stayed. Words cannot describe how lovely my stay was!
