Upscale and modern 1 Bedroom Condominium in the hottest neighborhood in Louisville. The unit has a pull-out sofa bed for two additional persons. The spacious condo has private, gated parking for one car and a private entry from the secured parking lot. The condo is fully equipped with all bathroom supplies, dishes and kitchen equipment including a washer and dryer. The condo is in very easy walking distance to great restaurants, wine/bourbon tasting room, bars, distilleries and boutique retail shops. The Condo is also one block from the free Zero Bus that rides to other locations in downtown Louisville. Convenient access to routes to Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Exposition Center.
