The hot water never got hot. It was luke warm made for taking a shower really cold. It was a nice and very clean hotel. Great breakfast

I had requested a first floor or close to elevator room , front desk worked really hard to fulfill my request. This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel. I love the waffles at breakfast . I would love to see a microwave in the breakfast area to heat up the breakfast items.

Very nice location. Felt safe. Highway noise was loud on Saturday night. All staff we had interaction with pleasant. Breakfast buffet was nice.

Great stay!

We absolutely loved our room. Everything looked cleaned and was very comfy. Breakfast had plenty of options hot and cold. Gym was nice as well. Front staff was friendly. Zenia was AMAZING. Wonderful to talk with and so sweet to my son. They shared a sweet moment at checkout. We will definitely be back!!!

Clean, comfortable We were sad the pool Was closed. 2nd time we've stayed in a Homes 2 Suite location and pool was closed. The pool was the main reason I booked here. Had 3 teenagers I had to keep occupied with no pool

Pleasantly surprised

My family and I were in town for a football game. Home2 Suites by Hilton Clarksville Louisville was exceptional. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the registrars were extremely polite. Shout out to Zenia and Michaela. They were wonderful. If you are ever in the area, this is a great play to stay. Satisfaction guaranteed.

We usually love home2suites above most other hotels. This time the dishes were not very clean and the room seemed to be less immaculate than we'd experienced in the past. Overall, though, it was comfortable and we had a nice stay.

Was a nice property, pool was really small. There were multiple black hairs on the towels in the bathroom, and in the bed. And me and my 11 year old son were there. Also, ice machine was out of order. They also charged my card for an extra $50 without notifying me of that at check out. It was a fine stay, but too pricey and not really worth it.

Needed some attention to detail.

The suite was nice and fit our families needs well. We got in late and we had a few issues with the room. The refrigerator was knocking every 5 seconds. Like a LOUD knock on the door. So we turned the fridge down so it would stop. Then the bed close to the window, when we sat down on the bed it felt broken. Then when my husband got up from the bed it would move, like broken springs. Really uncomfortable. Last thing the shower had no shampoo. There were 2 bottles of conditioner and 1 body wash. Just was not helpful.
