  • The OUTDOOR SPACE IS SHARED with other rentals.

    For PRIVACY, please book the Ultraviolet Pirate Bay.

    Please note that the surrounding neighborhood has an older, more urban feel that may not appeal to everyone. That said, we have wonderful neighbors and have never experienced any safety concerns.

    Additionally, the property is located on a busy street, so some street noise may be heard during your stay.



    PARENTS:- Please note that this property may not be ideal for families with children due to nearby adult entertainment venues, and the hot tub area is not enclosed by a gate.

    - The back yard is fully fenced and has a locked gate.



    - The OUTDOOR space is shared with another unit, including: Hot Tub, Fire Table (propane), Front and Back yard.

    - All of the INDOOR living area is completely your own, and includes:

    STREET LEVEL:

    - 2 Bedrooms (Queen), 1 Ba (Jacuzzi Tub/Shower), Dining Area (Seating for 3), Kitchen (Full-size Fridge/Full-size Oven).

    LOWER LEVEL:

    - 1 Bedroom (Queen), 1 Ba (Shower), Living Area (2Full Futons), Dining Area (Seating for 5)

    ~-~-~ House Rules ~-~-~

    - You must be at least 21 to rent.

    -There is NO tolerance for parties. Any reservation in violation of this rule will be cancelled immediately without a refund and subject to a $1000 cancellation fee.

    -Noise must be kept to a respectful minimum from 12PM - 8AM on weekdays (Sun-Thur), and from 2AM - 8AM on weekends (Fri-Sat).

    - There is NO SMOKING allowed inside the house. This includes cigarettes AND marijuana. Please place butts in the available ashtrays outside. You will be fined $250 for violations.

    - There is a small parking area behind the house for up to 3 cars.

    - Please do not block the driveway for other guests.

    - Check-in is strictly after 4PM.

    - Please be advised, early check-ins and late check-outs are based on availability and will be charged at $20/hr.

    - Please reach out on the day of check-in or check-out for the most up-to-date availability.

The hot tub was great and was plenty of room for party of 10 we enjoyed our stayed and would return in the future.

Worst place I've ever seen

Discussing.... can't believe this place is on any rental platform. This place looks like no one ever cleans it... sticky floors, food on stove, hand railings look like they are never cleaned, frige filthy. Now the outside they show this nice hot tub oasis. Well the hot tub was cold... trash everywhere in back yard scrap wood & ladders & tarps laying around a falling apart weight set up that looked very dangerous & old. This place is located in a very very bad neighbor hood. Needless to say we didn't stay! Tryed getting $ back but got hung up on by owner ! Vrbo was no help either. So I'm writing this hopping other people see this & use a different platform for renting there vacation destination. I have pictures & video hopefully it lets me post them here !

We had a great little weekend getaway at this charming and cozy spot! The outdoor seating area with the hot tub & fire table was so cozy & the murals were awesome. The place itself was way bigger than we expected with plenty of space to spread out. The hosts were quick to answer our questions & it was just a great getaway. Would absolutely come back.
