Small town feel, 1950s neighborhood but minutes from the action. Safe and location is the best. Just a basic home with your time spent enjoying the events of the riverfront and Derby. It has 2 bedrooms, full bath, kitchen and living room on the main level. Upstairs is a 750sqft suite, living room, bedroom, minibar area and full bath. Long driveway and street parking. Coin laundry minutes away and small vintage washer and dryer on site. Extra freestanding closets for all those Derby outfits. Ring system and keyless entry.
