About this property

Eclectic & Unique Historic Home

  • Our 1920s American Foursquare home is located on a prominent and bustling corner of New Albany's historic Silver Grove neighborhood. Bright and spacious living space featuring expansive rooms, thoughtful furnishings, fine art, and great amenities. We have a large, fully fenced side and backyard perfect for those traveling with small ones and pets. Our home is a wonderful choice for couples, families, and groups and is only 10 miles away from Churchill Downs!

    The space
    There is a large living room, front room, Kitchen and dining on the main floor, with all 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is also additional hang out space in the basement, with a large sectional couch and laundry facilities. Please note that all sleeping areas require stairs.

    Guests have access to all areas of the home excluding the attic and one locked storage area in the basement.
