This 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment features a spacious living room with ample seating, a 65" Smart TV and 2 sleeper conversion chairs that sleep 2 extra people. There's a full kitchen, stocked bathroom, desk & washer/dryer for your convenience! Enjoy plenty of natural light equipped with room darkening shades for privacy. Conveniently located minutes from Downtown, Churchill Downs and the Highlands! This is a 2nd floor apartment located behind the main house and Accessed through backyard. The back yard is a shard space so you may encounter guests of the main house while outside. Absolutely NO PARTIES!!! There is video surveillance on the outside of the property- parties will be shut down immediately!!

Very clean, comfortable, quiet and a safe neighborhood. We stayed in the main house last year and it was a great experience as well. Owner was very quick to reply with any questions. Plan on returning next year!!! Great property!!

Inside looked just like the pictures, could have been cleaner lots of dust on the fans and the filter in the living room looked extremely dirty. Would recommend air freshener or something to make it smell clean or fresh when guests arrive. There were ants all in the shower but didn’t see them anywhere else. It is street parking and you walk back to the apartment on the side of the house in between the houses I would personally not stay again just for the privacy I prefer however it was a decent stay if you are looking for somewhere to stay Also in walking distance of some food and bars which was nice Quiet neighborhood at nighttime just noisy from plain and trains

Misleading listing

The listing didn't state that this was an apartment that was up a flight of stairs behind someone's residence. The inside and outside of the property were dirty. There were dishes left in the dishwasher from the previous guests and they were not clean. There was also a big ant infestation that wasn't addressed. Our family felt like we could have paid the same price to stay in a hotel that would have at least been well kept. We would not reccomend this location to anyone.

Great property!

Loved the open concept. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Location was very central and convenient for all activities we did while in town. We plan to book this property every time we make a trip to Louisville.
