Easy check in. Accommodated different arrival time. House was clean, accessible and parking was easy to find. Host was responsive and resent information when requested. The house is fully stocked with necessities and not just AmazonBasics or Great Value brand items. The home is thoughtfully furnished, with luxury feeling items. Comforter on the bed is heavy and warm. Plenty of soft and fluffy pillows. The bed itself was SO comfortable, especially after 4 long days at a festival. Streaming services provided. Recommendations made for local bites and entertainment. Extra towels provided. Plenty of necessities and no extra chores before check out. Incredibly mindful host taking the extra step to help feel at home. More hosts should take notes because this was easily the best stay I’ve ever had away from home. Certainly beats a hotel!

We came from out of state for a volleyball tournament and found the location very easy and accessible to everything. The house is older but has been nicely redone and was very clean with everything we needed. I also liked how you would see people walking their dogs around the area every morning.

I had a wonderful weeklong stay. The property was charming, clean, and very comfortable — especially the bed. The neighborhood felt safe and was perfect for walking, with plenty of shops and restaurants just steps away. Everything was just as described, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Unit was close to downtown, but far enough that we did not have the noise at night. Area was wonderful with a bunch of local restaurants. Try Burger Girl when you are there.

This was a great place to stay. The neighborhood felt safe and within walking distance to great restaurants! I was in town for a yoga workshop and it was only a 5 minute drive! The host was very responsive and the listing is exactly how I imagined! If I attend another event in Louisville I will most definitely stay here!!

The location was great for me. Within short walk of coffee shops and restaurants. It’sa quiet neighborhood. There is a train that goes by, but that really didn’t bother me. It is short lived when it goes by. It could be a2 bedroom when you shut the door to the living room. It was a really nice place to stay.

Conveniently located. All great except the lighting in bathroom was terrible. And there is an animal living in the ceiling. Very clean and nicely decorated. Quality sheets and towels. Cute neighborhood.

Girls Derby trip

The home was perfectly clean with very cozy touches. The towels were so soft and the shower head was like water therapy. The bed was comfortable, and the pull out bed felt super comfy, as well. The home is located close to great shops and restaurants. I’ve traveled a lot and this home was definitely one of my favorites. Thanks so much!

Great area

Area was amazing! House was perfect size for 2. Great neighborhood, with great shops and nearby food in walking distance, but there was a train that ran right across the street. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable , we ended up buying a mattress topper and then returning it when we left, and the thermostat kept turning off or changing temps in the middle of the night. Never stayed to what we turned it to. Nothing that was a deal breaker and was still a great time

Unexpected

When we arrived, it was dark outside and we couldnt see much of the neighborhood. The host sent pictures where to park and how to access the house. The parking was well lit. The house is so adorable. It looks remodeled and has the cutest decor. The neighborhood is classic. The restaurants are close. We felt safe and secure. We would definitely visit again!!!

Perfect Spot!

My family and I stayed here for a quick visit to downtown Louisville. The location was absolutely perfect, nestled in a cute neighborhood that had a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The house was just as pictured, and described. Not only was Kristen in touch before our stay to make sure we would have enough room for our kids (6 & 11), she also messaged us with tons of recommendations on where to eat, as well as things to do around Louisville. She was very quick to respond when we had a quick question the night we arrived. I can't thank Kristen enough for her hospitality and attentiveness towards making our stay wonderful! We would definitely recommend staying here!

The space was as advertised and served our purposes very well, which was to have a little family time over the 4th of July holiday. It was a very small space, but comfy. Easy enough to find and we had a good time. Just so happened a celebration and fireworks were a short walk down the road. Good time!
