The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to make or strip the beds but kindly gather all towels and place them in the bathroom (preferably in the shower if they're damp).
Bag all trash and place it in the outside bin. Please give the pots and pans a good wash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes. (Please do not run the pots, pans, and Henckels knives).
Close covers on the hot tubs Shut off propane tank valve and give the BBQ grill a good scrub Make sure to lock the doors on your way out and turn off the lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in a cleaning fee it may lead to immediate termination of the stay
Couches: For the comfort and cleanliness of all guests we kindly ask that couches not be used for overnight sleeping.
Trash Bins: To avoid disruption to scheduled trash collection, please do not move the outdoor trash bins from the top of the driveway.
