  • Just steps away from Old Forester’s Paristown Hall, Breaking Records is the perfect setting for your getaway to Louisville. Great location for exploring Highlands, downtown, and Germantown!

    Louisville is known for breaking records as home to boxer Muhammad Ali, the Kentucky Derby, Kentucky Fried Chicken, the University of Louisville and its Cardinals, and Louisville Slugger baseball bats, not to mention the thriving music scene!

    Shotgun style home features 3 bedrooms, sitting area, bathroom, laundry, and eat in kitchen. Entire home is newly remodeled. Deck has patio furniture for outdoor dining and a fire pit. Yard is not completely fenced so dogs will need to be leashed but not tethered. There is a security camera on the front and back porch. Steps are required to enter the home but once inside, it is all 1 level.
