    The Space:

    Welcome to our brand new, stylish, and modern Urban getaway. With 1900 sq-ft of living space, you'll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay.



    Our immaculate outdoor entertainment space is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing or bourbon tasting. You can cook up a delicious meal on the grill, gather around the fire pit, enjoy a meal al fresco at the outdoor dining area, or play fetch with the dog in our fenced-in backyard.



    Inside, our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal or a quick snack. The dry bar is the perfect spot for mixing up cocktails or pouring yourself a glass of your favorite bourbon from the nearby urban bourbon trail.



    When it's time to wind down for the night, each of our bedrooms is equipped with big screen TVs for your viewing pleasure. We have games, a switch console, and books for both kids and adults to enjoy. And if you need to get some work done, our 3rd story office space provides a quiet and inspiring space with a twin bed and stunning city skyline views.



    Our location is unbeatable - we're just minutes away from Churchill Downs, distilleries, KFC Yum Center, and the KY Expo Center. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, our home is the perfect base for your travels.

    Guest Access:

    Guests will be able to access the home using a keyless keypad entry system. Code provided upon booking confirmation. We also have exterior gate access using the same code.



    The Neighborhood:

    NuLu (New Louisville), The East Market District of downtown, is known for unique art galleries, specialty stores, antique shops and its growing number of local restaurants and breweries. NuLu has even been voted one of the 18 Best Food Neighborhoods in America by Thrillest Magazine. Your adventure awaits!



    Getting Around:

    PARKING:



    Plenty of street parking in front of the home. I typically can find a couple of parking spots directly in front of the house but you may have to drive every now and then to find open spots. The opposite side of Jefferson Street (one-way street in front of the house) typically has tons of open spots.

    We’re always happy to accommodate early check-in requests whenever our cleaning schedule allows. Because our team prepares each home with care between guests, early check-ins depend on same-day departure timing and staff availability.



    Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM

    Early Check-In Availability: (based on scheduling, not guaranteed)



    Rate: $65 per hour prior to the standard 4:00 PM check-in

    Example:

    ✵ 3:00 PM check-in = $65

    ✵ 2:00 PM check-in = $130

    ✵ 1:00 PM check-in = $195



    All early check-in requests are subject to the current cleaning schedule and must be verified and confirmed by our team via message before being approved.

    This ensures that we can coordinate properly with staff and guarantee the home is fully prepared for your arrival.

    🐾 Pet Policy

    This property accommodates a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. All pets must be added in the guest count at the time of booking. A non-refundable pet fee is assessed per pet. For requests exceeding the 2 pet limit, please contact us for prior approval before finalizing your reservation.



    🔍 Lost & Found Policy: If any personal items are left behind, we’re happy to help return them. A $60 fee applies to cover handling, processing, and shipping costs through our cleaning team. Please let us know as soon as possible if you believe something was left behind.



    ✵No large parties or events beyond policy standard are permitted.

    ✵Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and the community.

    ✵No smoking on the premises.

    ✵No unauthorized guests or visitors.

    ✵Please do not move furniture or decor items.

    ✵Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially in the evenings.

    ✵Lock all doors and windows when leaving the home.

    ✵Dispose of trash properly using the designated bins.

Great Location!

Location was great for exploring Louisville. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well as the museums and distilleries downtown. Check-in/Check out was a breeze.

This house fit our needs perfectly. We wanted a house that had enough room for our family to visit. The rooms are generous in size and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is in an up and coming area, but the neighbors were friendly and it's a short drive to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Derby Weekend

Real nicely renovated house in a part of town where gentrification is obviously taking place. New bars and restaurants are close by and one could probably walk to. I stayed with guys so we had no problem. I would probably not want my wife on a girls trip and stay in this area. The house has great amenities and well furnished - just needs a couple years for the neighbors to catch up with the high bar that is being set. Property Ownere/Mgr is great. I’d go back with my same crew of guys!
