A 9-ft horse fountain welcomes you to this special property your family group will be relaxed and comfortable in the spacious 7,000 sqft Scenic property. It has 3 fireplaces and two stories with six large bedrooms four Queens and two kings. There are 2 separate staircases that lead to the 2nd floor. The Great room has huge glass windows to see outside. There are 6 full bathrooms. This large Scenic property that can handle 8 to 10 guests comfortably. The large dining room seats 8 and the kitchen table seats 6. There is a piano in the living room. The back of the house has large windows with the perfect view of a large pool with hot tub waterfall. This property is conveniently located 20 minutes away from Churchill Downs and historic Highlands and Nulu which offer incredible restaurants, shops, Bourbon distilleries and bars. You will have great memories for years to come.
