Gourmet kitchen, huge patio with gas grill, dining table, fire pit and plenty of seating to relax with friends and enjoy your favorite bourbon or wine at the end of the day. Huge basement with pool table/large screen TV. Workout room to get your body moving at the start of your day. Home has 2 offices. There's also an onsite restaurant/bar at the PR Golf Club.
