"Breakfast better than most."

"The hotel is a quick deive to downtown Huntington. There are multiple fast food places that are walkable to the hotel. The lobby is small but staff were very personable. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Towels were fluffy and they provided shampoo, conditioner and lotion (we didn’t use any but some travelers would like to know they don’t provide body wash). Housekeeping is offered daily without a fee also. Breakfast is 6:30am to 9:30am but we didn’t wake early. We will definitely stay here again next year during Spike Fest!"

"I wanted to like this hotel, but literally everything is an upcharge (and, yes, my bad for missing that when booking), but you’re already paying a good chunk for the room. Parking: extra. Breakfast (basic hotel hot breakfast, nothing fancy): $20 extra. Water: extra. The bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable. The carpet in the room was badly stained and rolled up (tripping hazard). The main positive I have is that the hotel itself was quiet, even though there seemed to be a parade of bikers going up and down the main thoroughfare at all hours. I’d be less bothered if it were half the price without upcharges. "

"This may be our favorite cabin to stay in! Everything was just ask expected if not better. My daughter and I spent most of our time by the pond fishing and it did not disappoint. Pond and fish are well maintained as well as the property. We had a small issue with the cable tv and the host was very quick to respond and fix the issue. Everyone we dealt with from host, cable guy, to locals were extremely friendly and it overall was a great experience! Highly recommended if you want some time away from life’s stresses and some good fishing!"

"I had a very pleasant stay overall. My room was very clean and comfortable. While the curtain had a slight tear and the AC unit cover was broken, the rest of the room was quite nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were absolutely amazing (I’d love to know where they got them). The bathroom was spotless, although the towels were a bit rough and the shower water pressure left a lot to be desired. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful, the pool was cold but clean, and the hot tub was perfectly hot and bubbly. Breakfast was okay, could of been more flavorful. The staff was kind, considerate, and helpful. Would stay again."
