"Would have happily given this a 4-4.5 star review if it had not been for the rock hard beds and horrible pillows that made me so sore the entirety of our two night stay. Our booking for 2 queen beds was given away and they were all sold out when we arrived. They did offer a rollaway bed which worked for my 12 year old. Luckily my 7 year old was small enough to sleep on the chaise lounge. They did credit me $50 for the mix up, but yeesh I haven’t been this sore from a bed maybe ever."

"My room had a cooling issue and before I could make it back to the room, someone was waiting to check it. They instantly switched me rooms and even brought me the new room key while I packed. Super helpful, super friendly, and I extremely full of customer service. The had a breakfast buffet and a decent breakfast menu. All delicious. 10/10"

"Got to the room and it was dirty, ie: long hair all over the shirt, stained wash cloths etc.. mattress was bad and seemed old. You could feel the base When laying in it and was nosey like it was covered in a vinyl bag. Every time you move, you felt and sounded like you were inside of a paper bag. Front desk seemed annoyed when I asked to have new wash cloths changed out and the shower cleaned. Normally I don’t complain, but when I pay almost $500 for a week, I expected to at least be uncomfortable. Definitely not what normal 21C hotels are like. "

"Host was very helpful and welcoming. House was very clean. Fenced-in backyard was perfect for our little dog. The host even provided water and food bowls as well as a bag of dog food! We appreciated the great coffeemaker as well as the comfortable bed in the master bedroom. "

"Beautifully renovated home in a quiet neighborhood. The back deck and hot tub were a great addition. Highly recommend and will look to book again on our next trip. "
